I believe the name was Carol Timmings. She was being interviewed on Canoe Live. About fitness. She said that 20 minutes of exercise for kids is not enough. I disagree, If other children are as active as my nephews then they certainly are getting way more than 20 minutes a day. If you force the kids to have the 20 minutes of exercise on top of their present physical activity that I'm sure would mean the children would be over-exerting themselves. And that certainly is not healthy.
