A Brampton family is suing the Toronto police for $2.75 million. In 2005 the police were looking for Henry McCool Jr. who did not live at his parent's home. The police broke down the door. The lawsuit is by the dad. Henry Sr. Ends up Henry Jr. did plead guilty to involvement with drugs. Instead of the father suing the police trying to get easy money he should've monitored his son. If he did he would have known his son was on drugs.
